She joined Waste Pro in 2014 as Municipal Marketing Manager covering Waste Pro’s West Coast Region of Florida. She serves on numerous organizations and committees, including past Board Member of Keep Citrus County Beautiful and Board President of Keep Pinellas Beautiful. She is also a founding member of St. Petersburg Young Professionals and is a member of Recycle Florida Today and the Solid Waste Association of North America. In 2020, Tracy was re-appointed by the Pinellas County Commission in 2020 to the Pinellas County Solid Waste Technical Management Committee.

The same year, Waste Pro Founder and Board Chairman John Jennings selected her for the inaugural class of Waste Pro’s Leadership Initiative, a mentorship program designed to develop future Waste Pro leaders.
“It is a privilege to support the people who work to perform collection services to our community, municipal, and commercial customers.
