NWRA Promotes Three, Expands Responsibilities for Two

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Waste Harmonics, a Rochester-based managed services provider in the waste industry, is proud to announce that Chelsey Hamilton has been promoted to accounts receivable manager.

In her new role, Hamilton will oversee all incoming payments and outgoing billing, as well as customer rebates and the collections of past-due accounts. She will serve as the internal point of contact for any billing-related issues or questions for Waste Harmonics, and will oversee billing setup for new customer accounts, which will be managed across the accounts receivable team. She hopes to streamline the billing process and put new procedures in place regarding credit reference checks for new customers.

Hamilton has been with Waste Harmonics since 2018 and started as an accounts receivable billing specialist, overseeing billing, collections, cash receipts and rebates. She was promoted to staff accountant in 2021, initiating vendor disbursements, troubleshooting, and helping with monthly reconciliations and account cleanup.

“Chelsey’s experience shines, and she’s very well-deserving of this promotion,” Waste Harmonics CEO and founder Mike Hess said. “She’s a team player and her commitment to the company is apparent in everything she does. She impresses us daily with her work ethic and we’re proud to support her career growth and advancement at Waste Harmonics.”
