Report Reveals London has the Worst Recycling Rates in the U.K.

According to a report by the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, London has the worst recycling rates in the U.K., with Newham only recycling 15 percent of its waste,  Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Lewisham less than 20 percent and Barking & Dagenham, Wandsworth, Kensington & Chelsea and Tower Hamlets between 20 and 21 percent.

Londoners, here's some rubbish news for you. According to data from the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, Londoners are some of the worst recyclers in the country: nine out of ten areas with the lowest recycling rates are located in London.
