GREEN BAY, WIS, Sept. 3, 2020 – Quincy Recycle, a national recycling and waste stream management company, is opening a new recycling facility in Green Bay, WI to expand its reach and capabilities in the Midwest. Quincy Recycle took possession of a 64K square foot facility, located at 701 Bay Beach Road in Green Bay on September 1.

Throughout the remainder of the year, Quincy Recycle will be investing heavily in facility and equipment setup and hiring key team members. Quincy Recycle estimates needing to hire more than 20 new employees within the next twelve months to operate the facility, with an anticipated production start date of January 1, 2021.

The new Green Bay location is Quincy Recycle’s eighth facility in the Midwest. They currently own and operate a plant approximately 100 miles South in West Bend, WI. Success of operations in West Bend were a crucial building block to this expansion. As the amount of business opportunities in northern Wisconsin continue to increase, it has become clear that Green Bay is an important location for the Quincy Recycle business long-term.

Similar to existing Quincy Recycle facilities, the Green Bay facility will operate primarily within the fiber and plastic commodity markets.
