Quincy Recycle Buys Imperial Paper Stock Recycling Unit

Quincy Recycle has purchased a recycling facility in Bridgeton, Mo., formerly owned by Imperial Paper Stock Co., based in Bridgeton, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of the plant and plant assets will provide customers in a 150-mile radius with multi-commodity recycling and sustainability solutions, according to a news release from the Quincy, Ill.-based purchaser. Quincy Recycle characterizes itself as a full-service commercial recycler serving the Midwest.

“Quincy Recycle is committed to adding value and solving problems for industrial generators of waste in the St. Louis metro area,” said Bryan Stokes, Quincy Recycle President. “Chad Hoener, general manager of our Bridgeton facility, has a proven track record of success in helping our clients meet their sustainability goals while providing outstanding leadership to our associates.”
