To close out WasteExpo 2019, attendees participated in Workshop Day, a half-day of information-packed sessions on the topics of safety, recycling, food waste and zero waste. Here are some photos from "Composting and Organics Diversion Programs for Food Waste Generators," "Introduction to Zero Waste Certified Training," "Recycling Myths, Legends and Pseudoscience: Understanding Objective Realities in Materials Recovery (EREF)" and the National Waste & Recycling Association's first-ever Safety Symposium.
