Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania has been named one of INC. magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies in America for 2018.

INC. magazine has named Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania to its INC. 5000 fastest growing companies in America for 2018. This honor is awarded to companies according to their percentage of revenue growth from 2014 to 2017.

Growth is the yardstick by which INC. magazine measures its annual fastest growing companies in America. According to the publication, only about 12 percent of American companies achieve one-year revenue growth of 25 percent or more, and Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania is part of this exclusive club.

“Managing growth can have its challenges and attracting talented people can be difficult,” said Brion Maguire, owner/managing partner of Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania, in a statement. “But, we’ve been very fortunate to not only have found good people but to have retained them. They are the biggest reason for our growth!”

INC. also noted that the waste and recycling industry is a major contributor to the nation’s economy and employs more than a million people nationwide.

“It’s an honor to help the industry get recognized on the national stage,” added Maguire. “But, I’m also exceptionally proud of the job opportunities we have created within our own local community.”

In addition, the company has added technicians to bolster its capabilities and support its growing business.

“We continue to attract top industry talent that will be instrumental in our success,” said Scott Dols, owner/partner of Trucks & Parts of Pennsylvania, in a statement. “And, we commend Brion for creating an excellent workplace culture, keeping his team motivated and continuing to set the bar high.”
