The Grab Creek Convenience Center will get a makeover to improve traffic flow and make the recycling process simpler.

Local sanitation officials and employees met Tuesday for a training and brainstorming session about the Grab Creek site. The session covered customer service etiquette and interaction, and addressed suggested improvements to the center’s layout and organization.

Ken Nafe, Sanitation Board of Dickson County chairperson, explained sanitation officials surveyed customers at the Grab Creek site after some recycle bins were moved there from the library site.
