T&M Associates, a consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company, announced the opening of a full-service office in Pasadena, Calif. The new office enables the company to more effectively respond to the needs of its current clients’ operations in California and throughout the Southwest and meet the rising demand for infrastructure improvement and development solutions in the region.

Situated just outside of Los Angeles, the office also provides access to a deep talent pool of established and emerging professionals that the company can leverage to bolster its technical capabilities and provide first-class client service.

“When several of our clients expressed a need for support for projects located in the Southwestern United States, we responded by creating a regional hub that will provide leading technical solutions that will support their success throughout the region,” T&M President and CEO Gary Dahms said in a statement. “These clients know that they can depend on T&M for the same level of attentiveness and professionalism that they have received through our East Coast and Midwest operations. Now we bring a local presence that will deliver even more value to our client engagements.”

Ryan Garner, T&M’s vice president and regional client service manager, will manage the day-to-day operations of the new office. Initially, services offered from the new location will cover air quality, regulatory compliance and permitting, site investigation and remediation, renewable energy, health and safety and geographic information systems (GIS). This depth of expertise allows T&M to provide creative, tailored and timely solutions to address the challenges faced by clients in a wide range of markets including local government, solid waste, manufacturing and industrial, real estate development, utilities and transportation.
