Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Nature's Methane LLC plans a second biofuel project in west Louisville, separate from the anaerobic digestion facility it's set to built at the West Louisville Food Port.
The new biofuel project will be located on a plot between 15th and 17th streets and Breckinridge and Maple streets.
Plans call for the facility to produce an amount of natural gas equivalent to 10,000 gallons of diesel per day, said Steve Estes, CEO of Star Distributed Energy, Nature's Methane's parent company.
