Waste and recycling companies and organizations across the globe are getting creative in celebrating Earth Day (April 22) with events throughout the upcoming weekend.

These groups are undertaking a variety of activities, including actions to help reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills and increase the amount of materials that are being recycled.
