Atlantic City, N.J., Takes Over Recycling Collection from Atlantic County

Atlantic City’s Sanitation Division has started collecting the city’s recycling, a change Public Works Department Director Paul Jerkins said will save money while improving service for residents and businesses.

In anticipation of the switch, residents should not put out their recycling this week, Jerkins said. Starting Monday, they should put it out along with their trash.
