Houston -- Waste Management Inc.'s subsidiary, Recycle America, Raleigh, N.C., has reached an agreement with Southeastern Container Inc., a manufacturing cooperative owned by a group of Coca-Cola bottling franchises. Recycle America will supply polyethylene terephthalate (PET) flake produced from PET containers to manufacture soft drink containers.
