The National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA), Washington, has released a report on unions within the solid waste industry. The 12-page report, titled “Union Issues in the Solid Waste Industry,” discusses the rights and responsibilities of company owners and managers with regard to unions, according to NSWMA.
