IESI Corp., a subsidiary of Toronto-based IESI-BFC. Ltd., has acquired Central Texas Secure Shredding and its recycling facility in Pflugerville, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IESI says it will expand the facility, which currently provides secure document destruction and processing, so that it can also process recyclables collected in a single-steam system, such as paper, glass, metals, cardboard and plastics.
