Scottsdale, Ariz. -- Allied Waste Industries Inc. has reported revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, have increased to $1.275 billion. Revenues for the same quarter in 2003 were $1.231 billion. Operating income after depreciation and amortization was listed at $221 million, compared to $240 million for first quarter 2003.
