Bush Nominates Marcus Peacock For EPA Deputy Administrator

Washington — President George W. Bush has nominated Marcus Peacock to become the deputy administrator of the Washington-based U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Peacock currently serves as the associate director for natural resources, energy and science at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Before joining the OMB, Peacock was the subcommittee staff director for the Oversight and Emergency Response Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
