EPA Taking Proposals For Brownfields Grants

Washington, D.C. — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Washington, D.C., is accepting applications for up to 200 Brownfields assessment, revolving loan fund and cleanup grants. The deadline for proposals is Nov. 12, 2004. The grants, which are contingent upon the availability of funds in EPA’s fiscal-year 2005 budget, are authorized by the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act of 2002.
