New York County Considers Clear Trash Bags to Increase Recycling Efforts

In an effort to keep more recyclables out of the landfills, St. Lawrence County, N.Y., legislators will consider approving a law that will require residents to put all trash in clear bags. A decision about the clear-bag law will be made later this year.
