Santek Waste Services LLC has Conroe, Texas-based Enviro Waste Systems.

Effective August 1st, Santek purchased all of the Enviro Waste’s assets. The transaction includes all of the company’s residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Edward Caylor, Santek chief business development officer, said in the purchase is a strategic complement to Santek’s acquisition of Major Waste earlier this year.

“We continue to build upon our growing presence in the northeast Houston market and are actively pursuing other independent waste collection companies," Caylor said in a statement. "EWS has a long history in the Conroe community and we’re looking forward to continuing its commitment to outstanding customer service."

Santek has made a series of deals in 2017.

In March, Santek acquired Bates Sanitation Inc. and Major Waste Services. In February, Santek acquired Jasper, Ga.-based Picklesimer Garbage Service for an undisclosed amount.

In addition to its acquisitions, Santek in April threw a birthday party for a four-year-old Trussville, Ala.-resident.
