Thermo Fluids Inc. will be recycling used motor oils and other fluids for a new owner as Clean Harbors Inc. bought the Scottsdale company from Nuverra Environmental Solutions Inc. for $85 million.
The deal between Scottsdale-based Nuverra (NYSE: NES) and Norwell, Massachusetts-based Clean Harbors (NYSE: CLH) will give the latter Thermo Fluids' operations in 21 states and its 20,000 customers.
