Through its subsidiary Interstate Waste Services, New Jersey-based waste and recycling company Action Environmental Group has acquired New Jersey-based J.F. Morena Co, Inc. With this transaction, Action has acquired Morena’s operations and business assets, which include commercial waste and recycling collection, equipment and vehicles.
