  • John A. Robb has been named president of RecycleNet Corp.'s Global Recycling Network (GRN), Guelph, Ontario.

  • Michelle Mikulec has been named automotive specialist for The Lavergne Group, Ville d' Anjou, Quebec, Canada.

  • Drew Sones has left his position as assistant director of the Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation to join Denver-based R.W. Beck Inc. as senior consultant. Matt Evans also has joined the company as civil engineer.

  • Washington Group International Inc., Boise, Idaho, has announced three returning members to its board of directors: Dennis R. Washington, chairman; David H. Batchelder, outside director; and Stephen G. Hanks, president and CEO. The company also has named seven new directors: Michael R. D'Appolonia, C. Scott Greer, William E. Mallender, Michael P.
