  • Waste Holdings Inc., Raleigh, N.C., has announced that Jim W. Perry, current president and chief operating officer, will succeed Lonnie C. Poole Jr. as CEO, effective July 1, 2002. The company also has named Harry M. Habets vice president of operations.
