Recycling Strike in City of Kamloops Ends

The City of Kamloops and its recycling contractor have reached an agreement, ending a strike by employees of Emterra Environmental.

The recycling collection workers, members of the Steelworkers' Union, had been on strike since June 22.

The city announced Friday morning that curbside collection will resume on Monday. 

It will continue on resident's regular collection days.
