Whether it is sexual harassment, bullying, threats, or a difficult termination, the threat or potential of workplace violence lurks in the shadows. This breakout session will be a primer on prevention, preparation for, and actions to take during a workplace violence situation. It will offer tools, and takeaways to the attendees, and offer light at the end of the tunnel.
