Recycle Track Systems Appoints Shazi Visram to Board of Directors

Recycle Track Systems (RTS), the New York-based waste and recycling management technology company, has announced the appointment of Shazi Visram as a member of its board of directors. Visram is the founder and former CEO of Happy Family Organic Food Brands.

“Shazi is an essential addition to our already impressive board of directors,” said Greg Lettieri, co-founder and CEO of RTS, in a statement. “Given her proven success and accomplishments at Happy Family, we are privileged to have her join our team and greatly value her expertise and shared environmental principles we repeatedly strive for at Recycle Track Systems.”

Visram is joined on the board by Lew Frankfort, former chairman of Coach, and Larry Cheng, managing partner at Volition Capital.

“I am thrilled to join the board of Recycle Track Systems as they lead the way on developing innovative waste management solutions and forging sustainability efforts,” said Visram in a statement. “I am eager to leverage my own experience and work as a part of this dedicated team to promote recycling and environmental responsibilities.
